About Me
I know what it’s like to feel untethered, caught in change or far from yourself.
Flowers have been my gentle teachers for years, showing me how to slow down and listen more deeply. After being diagnosed with PPPD and needing to rebuild my life, their lessons became even more profound. In their presence, I found patience, grounding, and grace, reminders that healing isn’t about rushing forward but about softening into each moment, one step at a time.
My passion is to share the symbolism and messages of flowers, so women can find their own way through life’s seasons, discovering strength, comfort, and renewal reflected in nature’s beauty.
Each flower holds a story, and every story carries a message, one that can lead us home to ourselves and open a path of self-discovery.
Through this work, I hope to offer a space of reflection and renewal, where you, too, can pause, breathe, and bloom in your own way, and in your own time.
