Tending to What is Within Reach

I’ve recently been ending my days by asking, how did life try to support me today? My way of checking in to see where I have noticed that the universe has been of service to me.😊

Yesterday, I didn’t really receive an answer, not until this morning, when my body responded to the rest it needed after tending to my garden.  I had spent time outside, clearing and caring for the small space within my reach, and only later realised it had been Earth Day.

It made sense then why I had felt that quiet pull to do some gardening and focus my attention on my little patch of garden in my driveway.  There is something about caring for the earth that also settles something within us too, tending to the outside, whilst tending to what is within our reach.

Considering I woke up feeling drained that morning, the gentle return of energy throughout the day felt like a kind of support in itself.

Sometimes you feel called to make a big impact especially on days like Earth Day, it can be the smallest act that makes the biggest difference within us.

The Calendula is often associated with strengthening and repairing your aura, lifting your spirit to support your emotions, bringing a sense of lightness and joy.

As I stood watering my plants that evening, a neighbour passed by and mentioned how pretty my Calendulas looked, it then made me reflect on what they stood for.

I can feel these small moments of tending quietly shaping how I might hold space for others too, in time.

Remember, flowers catch your attention as a reflection of what is taking place with you.

What flower has been catching your attention lately? Perhaps it holds a quiet reflection of where you are now.
