Workshop, Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all persons that are attending the workshop/circle/retreat (event) organized by Yvette Munasinghe. 

Payment

Payment for the event secures and automatically books you in for the chosen, date and time.

When payment is made online you will automatically receive confirmation from the Merchant account provider and Yvette Munasinghe.

Refund

Refunds will only be issued under the circumstances mentioned under the Subject titled Cancellation, below.

Cancellation

If the event is cancelled for any reason, you will provided with a full refund of the amount of the fee that you have paid to Yvette Munasinghe.  Every effort will be made to issue your refund within 30 days.  Alternatively, you have the option to transfer your payment to a future event.

If for any reason you cancel your space on an event that you have made payment against, a full refund will only be offered if the cancellation is not less than 10 days away from event date.  Alternatively, you may book another person in your place by providing their details.

Disclaimer

Workshops held by Yvette Munasinghe are solely for the purpose of learning to create a flower arrangement as a hobby or to learn about the power of flowers.  It is no way inclined as a flower education certification.  Certification is only issue to those that sign up for the Power of Flowers Healer Programme.  Yvette Munasinghe gives no claim to healing ailments.  Information given relating to the energy of the flowers is solely as a method of a guideline

The energetic modalities of all readings, guidance and healing session are not to be substituted for medical advice.  These services I provide are complementary to any medical care you may receive, both physical and psychological.

Energy healing modalities are simple, gentle, hands off techniques that are used for stress reduction and relaxation.  I do not diagnose conditions, nor do I prescribe or perform medical treatment or interfere with the medical treatment of a licensed professional. These energetic modalities do not take the place of medical care, and the services are complementary to any medical care you may receive, both psychological and physical.

Although Circles can be transformative and healing for all who attend, they are not therapy, and it is up to each person to take care of their mental and emotional health and to be discerning in what they wish to share.

Photography and filming 

Yvette Munasinghe may wish to photograph or film the event and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops, circles and retreats.  If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed during the event, please advise at your earliest convenience.  Testimonials may be requested of you, if consent given, use will be strictly for promotional and Social Media use of Yvette Munasinghe.

Tickets

Tickets will not be provided for the event.  Access to the event will be your name on the attendee list taken from details provided through the payment procedure.
